Our S series of ALKEBOND Hybrid–PVA Adhesives are specially designed for corrugated cardboard lamination purposes. Our special formula allows for low gram per sqm application along with fast bonding suitable even for inline machines and also leads to a harder final product.
Paper Tube & Cardboard Edge Protector Production
Our ABK series of ALKEBOND Hybrid–PVA Adhesives are specifically designed for paper tube and cardboard edge protector production. The MK series offers fast bonding time improving customer production cycles. The shorter carbon lengths of natural resin in our adhesive increases the strength of the final product.
Cardboard to Cardboard Lamination (including grey cardboard)
Our C series of ALKEBOND Hybrid–PVA Adhesives are specially designed for cardboard lamination purposes. The high board surface diffusion properties of the C series along with its’ tackling properties due to its natural resin content results in 100% bonding between boards. The C series has a high percentage of dry matter content. This serves as a filler for the ragged surfaces of grey cardboard ensuring 100% bonding.
Paper Honeycomb Production
Our DC series of ALKEBOND Hybrid–PVA Adhesives are specially designed for paper honeycomb production. The DC series’ high tackling properties due to its natural resin content results in 100% bonding. The long carbon lengths due to the PVA content of the DC series offers our customers the flexibility they require in their product. The DC series is also tolerant to changes in temperature. The DC series is moisture resistant, resulting in a more resilient product.
Paper Pallet & Paper Pallet Leg Production
Our PP series of ALKEBOND Hybrid–PVA Adhesives are specially designed for paper pallet and paper pallet leg production. The PP series offers fast bonding time improving customer production cycles. The shorter carbon lengths of natural resin in our adhesive increases the strength of the final product without compromising its flexibility. The PP series is also tolerant to changes in temperature. The PP series is moisture resistant, resulting in a more resilient product.
